Return Instructions
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment. (Open-Box items must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment. Open-Box items that are defective will be replaced.) The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item. Here are the basic steps:

  1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Please contact us at 1-866-760-7066 to obtain an RMA code. Within 48 hours of filling out the online form, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA code, return instructions and the address to which you will send the package. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order package. We will refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA code.
  2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. All products must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  3. On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address and the RMA code supplied to you via e-mail; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
  5. If the item you are returning was accompanied by a free or discounted promotional item at the time of purchase, you must also return the free or discounted promotional item. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the full retail value of the missing item from any credit issued, as well as a restocking fee of 25% on the total order.

Software

All damaged or defective software purchases may be returned within 30 days of date of shipment for exchange or online credit only (no refunds). Please contact us at 1-866-760-7066 to obtain an RMA code.
