I'm having trouble ordering online. What should I do?

What if I just need price and availability of a part?
Due to the huge size and complexity of our product lines, we do not have a full catalog for all of our product offerings online. If you cannot find the part you need please email us through customer service with a good description of the parts you need.
Do you sell new equipment/parts?
We sell only original (new, genuine) equipment unless otherwise specified. All parts sold on our web site will have the same manufacturer's warranty as parts sold by any authorized manufacturer's representative.
How long before my order ships?
For standard configurations, please allow 1 week to 10 days. For custom configurations or out-of-stock items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
How can I see the total with shipping and handling, before I order?
Your transaction price, including shipping and handling will be confirmed by phone call before your order ships.
What if I want to return a part or an order?

When and how does my card get charged?
When you initially place your order a reservation or hold for the order amount is placed with your card provider. Once we have shipped your order, we will then charge your credit card for the order amount. Typically, this process is all completed in the same business day.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to the large volume of orders, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
I just received my order and it is damaged - what do I do?

If the carrier is still present, make a note of the damage next to your signature and then contact the carrier to start the claim process. You must also contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Although Capital Software Consultantscannot initiate claims for you, we have provided the following information to make it easier for you:

For FED-EX the toll free number is 1-800-463-3339, or WWW.FEDEX.COM.
For Emery WorldWide the toll free number is 1-800-443-6379, WWW.EMERYWORLD.COM. If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must also contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement.

Can I add another part to my order after I have placed it?
No, we are not able to add parts to existing orders. You will have to place a new order for any additional parts you may require.
How is sales tax charged?
If you live in the state of South Carolina you will be charged 5% sales tax (0.05).
What do you consider my billing address?
Your billing address is the mailing address on file with your credit card company. If you submit an address that is different than the one recognized by your credit card company, your credit card will be declined.
I never received an e-mail confirming my order request. Should I be concerned?
If you did not receive an e-mail confirming your order request our system may not have a record of the request. Please e-mail Customer Service. If you prefer to contact us by phone or fax, please call Customer Service at 800-738-7027 or fax us at 803-738-1123. We will be happy to help determine the status of your order.
If you refund my credit card how long does it take for the credit to appear on my account?
The usual time is two to five business days, but it can take up to 20 days after we process the credit for it to appear on your account.
Why was my credit card declined?
Credit card companies do not disclose your account information to us, so we are unable to determine why a charge is declined. You will need to contact your bank directly for more information. To complete your order you must submit a different card or use an alternate form of payment.
